Nurturing Horses, Enriching Lives

Lifelong sanctuary. Meaningful connection. Equine-assisted services.

Rescue Me Ranch provides individualized, lifelong sanctuary for horses in need and creates meaningful opportunities for people to care for, learn from, and build relationships with them.

One model. Three ways it comes to life.

Lifelong Sanctuary

We rescue and rehabilitate horses who are neglected, displaced, aging out of work or sport, or otherwise at risk, and provide them with individualized, lifelong care.

We work upstream by building relationships with law enforcement, animal welfare organizations, and owners to help intervene before horses fall further into crisis.

Equine-Assisted Services

RMR provides research-informed, ground-based equine-assisted programming designed around clear goals and the wellbeing of both horses and people.

Clinical services are facilitated by qualified processionals using defined protocols and therapeutic objectives, while maintaining the same commitment to equine welfare and agency.

Groundwork

Community Equine Care & Connection

Through hands-on, welfare-centered care, community members learn to understand horses from the ground.

Feeding, grooming, turnout, observation, and daily care become opportunities to build knowledge, confidence, empathy, responsibility, and meaningful relationships with horses.

Sanctuary creates safety. Safety makes relationship possible. Relationship creates opportunities for people and horses to thrive.

The wellbeing of horses and people does not need to be pursued separately.

Everything at Rescue Me Ranch begins with the horses.

Our residents come to us because they need safety, stability, appropriate care, and a permanent home. We provide individualized rehabilitation and lifelong sanctuary, with each horse’s physical, behavioral, and emotional wellbeing building their care.

From that foundation, meaningful relationships with people become possible.
